We are not an Estate Agent. However Estate Agents can and do list their properties with us.
You can use our service instead of or in conjunction with an estate agent. (However you should check the Estate Agents contract does not have the term 'sole selling rights'). Agree in advance with your agent that they cannot charge commission if you sell privately and have this written into the terms of your agency contract. This will avoid any misunderstanding over commission at a later date.
