Portuguese wines are world famous and are reasonably priced. Shopping, Hospitals and a number of International schools are close by. The local supermarket is a 3 min drive away. A new large shopping centre with IKEA as the anchor tenant is 7 mins drive away.
The area is well served with a road network that can take you for lunch or dinner over the Spanish border which is a 35 min drive from the villa.
The international airport of Faro is 15 mins from the villa with direct flights to all major European centres.
