This deceptively spacious house is in a peaceful location in a quiet cul-de-sac at the Southernmost end of the village of Pêra, with a beautiful sea view.
Built in 2005, the house is on three levels and has 4 very large bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, plus an office, (or 5th bedroom) and 4 bathrooms, 2 of them being en-suite. There is a large living room with a log burning fireplace and space to accommodate a dining table that comfortably seats 8 people. The kitchen/breakfast room is very spacious and well equipped, with a separate walk-in pantry and there is a good-sized balcony off the kitchen where you can dine ‘al-fresco’ while enjoying the beautiful view. There is an amazing sea view over Salgados from the rooms at the back of the house and from the front of the house you can see the sea at Armação de Pêra. The house is the middle of a row of only three unique houses which are in a ‘staggered’ formation, so that only a small part of each house is attached to the next one.
There is plenty of space to store bicycles or a motor bike, sun loungers and tools in the the garage, as well plenty of understair cupboards and shelving. It overlooks the dunes leading to Praia Grande and is only 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot to the bustling town of Armação de Pêra where there are an abundance of restaurants, bars and shops and a pedestrianised sea front where it’s lovely to go for a stroll. It’s also 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes walking distance from the magnificent sandy Pêra beach, Praia Grande. It’s extremely convenient for the A22 motorway and the EN125, only 10 minutes by car to Algarve Shopping, and half an hour from Faro airport.
