·       Lagoon of Óbidos watersports 2 minutes’ walk to sailing, paddle board, kitesurf, kiteboard, fishing.

·       South wing  – A great place for family members and guests to be close by yet have privacy and independence.

·       On this level, the wing has two ensuite bedrooms plus a combined living room & kitchen. Brilliant for guests, family, friends or older visitors, all can relax. Everyone is happy! 

·       BONUS: The wing has a private entrance  so can be rented out to paying guests without them entering the owner’s part of the villa.

·       Leisure room or retreat (with shower and toilet) is at the lower level. It’s a room to be yourself and “do your thing”.

·        Also downstairs, is another room which can be a bedroom/workspace/ housekeeper room.

·       Basement parking for three cars, tools, laundry, hobbies.
