The apartment itself is on the 3rd floor, and is easily accessible by elevators. 

As you enter the apartment, you will find yourself in a spacious hallway, that has fitted cupboards for extra storage space and leads off to the other rooms. 

The bedroom will comfortably accommodate either a double bed or two single beds, has air-conditioning and fitted wardrobes. The windows are sliding doors that lead to one of the apartment’s two large balconies.

The kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer etc, has a door that also leads to one of the balconies and has space for a small breakfast table. 

A spacious living-room/dining area has access to both balconies.
