This project aims to recover the built heritage of Quinta de Santo António in the historic area of Ameixoeira, while at the same time providing for the expansion of the building with the creation of 9 to 12 housing units in a condominium that will comprise a common garden, swimming pool and a parking lot on two basement levels for users and guests.
PIP was submitted, having generated great interest on the part of the CML and positive information to advance to the 2nd phase. The project is authored by Arq. Alberto Costa Macedo.
